help out a car n00b please!

could you tell me what year and model car this is?

ive heard that its a mercedes 190e and also heard that its a mercedes w201, so could someone help because id like to find one of these in the area and do the same stuff to it as in the picture. also, could you state any other noticeable upgrades besides the s600 grill, window tint, and rims. thanks
