85' 190e fuel pump help.. God please help me..

God help me.. Heres the problem,, Car has been sitting for a while.. replaced whole fuel system.. car starts , runs for a second or five then dies.. i changed the fuel pump relay, now it is blowing the fuel pump fuse... What should i do next ?? i need to get this car running.. im disabled and it is my only car.. if theres a mechanic in or close to Orange County Ca, i would be greatly appreciative..
