I seem to remember someone selling an inexpensive troble code scanner that did the flashing lights. three wires one red & black hook to battery yellow lead plugs into modual in engine bay.
Are these still around I lost mine some were???

I don't know if they are still available but you can call the dealer. They may be cheap now if they are still available!!
