Has anyone used one of these to add keyless remote to your W124 car? How was the experience like? Was it easy to install? Does it works? Right now I am thinking about it for my 1987 260E I read some DIY articles but
the REC-8 unit is nowhere to be found on the market. I saw another article about some guy who used a REC-11 unit, but alas Crutchfield doesn't sell them to Canada. However as always the Chinese (Hong Kong?) are willing to sell a complete kit to you even if you are Canadian (God bless them). I really want to get keyless remote
