How many miles on your car? Injectors are good for about 200,000 miles. Also check for air and vacuum leaks.

As what Mr. jdc1244 said, check for air and vacuum leaks.
And YES, a bad injector can cuase such problem and in my experiance it would never be cleaned successfully.

The injectors start falling off after 100K..@ your mileage I'm quite certain they no longer function as they were designed.

What other service have you done in an effort to solve this issue?
