190e timing marks

My name is Chad and I have a 88 190e with a 2.3.I bought the car with a broken chain. Had the head redone and now need to know how to set-up the chain. I know that the cam mark lines up on the right side even with the head. I also see a dimple near the crank but do not know what it lines up to. Any advice or pictures would be great. thanks in advance guys. Chad

That's most likely your mark indicator that assists you in finding TDC (Top Dead Center)
for the crankshaft, If you look at the Damper directly behind the crankshaft pully it has a scale of lines and no.s on it, you'll want to rotate the crank till you reach the line that goes between 0 and 1, This is TDC.
