Merc124 after 100,000km, GearBox Spoilt ?
izzit problem about the gearbox after the mileage reach 100,000km ?

I don't think so...exactly what is going wrong?
For a car with high mileage such as yours, if the transmission fluid hasn't been changed, now is time to have that done. It could possibly fix your problem.
