Hi all;
I am doing an engine swap in a 87 190 2.3 16V. and I figured while i had the transmission out I would change the fluid. Is Redline synthetic ok for the transmission or are there issues? Does it mix well with the residual trans fluid? Will the gaskets be able to handle the synthetic? Has anyone else done this? good/bad results? Thank you for your help.
Peter

Automatic or 5-speed? I run Redline MTL in my Getrag 5-speed.
