Clicking injectors 1999 S320

I managed to run my S320 out of gas in my driveway. I was low on fuel and the car was moved several times around the driveway and eventually started sputtering on one of those moves so we shut down the engine and got fuel. I put a gallon of fresh premium fuel in and the car as expected was difficult to start. When it started there was a loud clicking noise that seemed to subside after the car ran for a moment but a clicking noise remained. I am guessing that its the injectors. I am going to leave the car for a few hours and try starting it again in the hopes that I might have air in my injection lines that will work its way out. Any ideas? I'm considering having it towed to my mechanic if the noise does not go away.

Problem fixed. Since I got so many replies I won't bother sharing the solution.
