Question No power to blower motor

Daughters 1990 190e 2.6 benz Vinny,

I have checked the following,
blower motor with 12 volts applied running strong,blower resister no opens and tested with ohm meter, ground to blower motor
with test light good, power wire to motor with speed switch in any position no power, but power at fuse though, checked
switch with ohm meter good,brushes are halfway worn out.
is mas relay tyed to this some how? no abnormal noies or smells before it quit working.
Hayes book of No help yes i know... but it can with the car.
Im at a total loss as to where to test next please advise..!!! Starting to get quite cold here on the east cost.

Still learning the differences. But does this car have one of these? See pic
It's a strip fuse for the blower motor.

Well cdplayer, if it does..i have not located it Yet.
i'm thinking it should only have one fuse no.?
