I went on a hunt for this after reading a thread about using it to re-lubricate mono-wiper mechanisms. Called several dealers and Phil at FastLane. Here is what I found out:
Large container (500 grams, I believe) Part # 001 989 4651 $100 US
Smaller container (100 grams) Part # 000 989 8451 $67.50 US (Local dealer says its the same stuff. But double check. There is also a special product out there for use on panoroof assemblies.)
1 ounce cylinder from Fastlane $19.00 (Phil says they re-package from large container. (Go to Fastlane web site and enter "sunroof" in the special parts box.)
