'97E420 ASR warning light
 

My '97E420 ASR warning light comes on at idle and then the engine revs... any suggestions? Can I continue to drive it?

Hi... I'm back with new developments... no more ASR light, now the idle is wacky (that's German btw) and at stop, in traffic, my car surges like it has a pulse... hmmm, never had this kind of an experience before...
