Has anyone ever put an expansion tank onto the stock radiators of the 108 series? (280 SE, 280SEL, etc) When I recently replaced the water pump I overfilled the radiator slightly and while downtown at the bank I noticed a small puddle under the car. Damn, I thought, I'll be needing to replace a hose now. Turned out it was just the overflow so I don't need to do anything. However, an expansion tank would be nice. Thanks.
Thom
