Removing SLS W124

The SLS is the back of my wagon is once again kaput. She does not raise anymore when there is a load, and she rides really harsh... I had the nitrogen spheres replaced no more than a year ago.

I am tired of Hydraualic leaks, tandem pumps, valves, nitrogen spheres, etc...

Over the past few weeks, I have been considering alternatives to the costly SLS sytem, and think that I have found the solution.

My indy mecahnice suggested removing the SLS, and replacing it with an Air-Shock, so that if there is or isnt a load, I can adjust it accordingly.

He also talked about this improving handling, losing weight, etc...

Anyway, my question is have any of you seen a wagon without SLS, and how it was done?

I know it involves fabrication, and I have the tools to do it. Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks, Justin.
