Possible Electrical issue

I have question on a possible electrical issue that I am having with my car. Randomly my Fuel light, battery light, Brake Pad Light, and Emergency Brake light all come on at the same time. Sometimes it stays on for a minute or two, sometimes it flashes, sometimes it never happens. But eventually it goes away. Any thoughts?

You should say what car you are working on. I think I have seen this complaint listed before. Also do a search.

Often, a failing alternator, doesn't mean you have to replace the whole unit. You can replace the regulator/brush combo for less $.
However, I would first suspect a loose contact - check your battery cables from one end to the other, and perhaps the battery posts themselves, before replacing parts.
