Couple of leaks that need fixing!

I'm looking for radiator fluid leak..it appears that I have multiple leaks..

#1 power steering leak. I think this is because I filled to the rim and it is adjusting to the level it needs. There area no other apparant leaks that I can find except on the ground below.

#2 radiator coolant leak. I simply can't find the leak on top but there is definitely a puddle of leakage. I did change the thermostat a few weeks ago but I would think all of the spill would've dried by now. All hoses from the top are clean. The water pump appears dry..there are no apparant cracks to the radiator unless it i at the bottom, and I can't see that..tech didn't notice anything last week when he was looking for the leak..he thought it was probably spillover from thermostat job.

Any ideas of where this is coming from?
