Missing when cold started

I have a 1995 S320 that has developed a strange problem. When it is cold outside (which it is this time of year) the car behaves funny when first started. For the initial four or five minutes, it will sputter and lose power once in a while as if a cylinder is missing. If it did that all the time, I would assume that I had a dirty injector, fouled spark plug, or something like that.

However, when the engine gets warm this problem goes away. Any idea what could be causing this?
