salvation,
I have 89 190 2.6, also have had to replace OVP twice. This relay is located in the compartment behind your battery. You will need to remove the device in front of the relay in order to get it out. My experience is that the OVP will just rest in the plug holes. It is "foolproofed" to set in there a certain way. Should slide in and out with ease. What is the nature of your problem? KJ |

In the past i have used a butter knife to gently pry on the sides of the plug..
then once, off, put dielectric grease on the male part of the ovp. if you have smaller hands, you may be able to disengage the ovp from its bracket, then grab the top and bottom and just pull it apart...
