120K service suggestions
I'm new to this Bulletin Board but have owned a number of Mercedes. My current daily driver is a W124 1989 model 300E. Its in extremely nice shape and quickly approaching 120K on the clock. I'd like to tackle the majority of the 120K service items myself. I recently changed plugs and air filter. Do I need to replace rotor and distributor as a part of this service? Can you offer a summary of the requirements, parts, and challenges that I face? Would it be worth while getting a service manual for this?
Thanks for your help. |
