Question help determining vac line

hello - i have a vaccum line that, i cannot locat the other end to.

It starts connected to a control block? on the passengers side front, then up towards the firewall - it goes through a rubber grommet near the strut / battery and stops - it is plugged.

I have removed the battery, tray, and access doors but cannot find the other end.

thanks

I'm not positive, but my 94 e320 Wgn has a vacuum reservoir inside the right fender well. Remove tire and a few small bolts [top, back & bottom] and gently pry the plastic inner fender cover.
