As I reread your original post , I noticed you never mention if you even have HIGH fan.

This is important b/c if you do not , and don't also have low fan [ as your post suggest] , then the diagnosis is completely different.
If no fan speeds work , then look at that schematic and you will see a 7.5 amp fuse [ F1/1] that controls both relays primary feed side . That could cause both speeds to not work.
So , do you have high fan??????????

On to another tests , if you do have a high fan , but no low fan:
At that resistor, if you take a jumper wire and go from the battery +terminal and jumper to that resistor where the single wire terminal is [ not the 2 wire one], does the low fan run??
That will verify both Resistor and fan motor.

That sw is what we have to know..
Is it a 2 wire sw or a 3 wire sw ..or is the pigtail sw ...that determines which system you have and that is the big ???? we are asking. Are there any other sw on drier?
The pictures I posted..which one looks like your sw ???????????????????/

Thanks ALOT

youre right guys, it turns out that i didnt have any problem with the fans, the modules or the circuit, it's just a low refrig level.
The car runs normal again now, big thanks to you guys.
plus the hesitation problem is also been taken care of, it turns out that what's been causing my car to hesitate on start up and having a poor fuel economy is these two culprits:
1. a leaking vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator
2. a leaking ignition wire

i'm gonna document my findings and post it on another thread to help other with a 202
