UPDATE STARTING PROBLEM FIXED
after tring to fix this veicle for 2 months now i spoke to an old mercedesbenz mechanic from the seventys and he told me what caused this problem and how to fix it

he said the problem was that the sencer plate was bent or out of shape and is caused by a back fire in the intake it is easy to check just take off air cleaner lid
and have a look at the cross bar covering the sencer plate take it off and check it if it is bent if so try to straighten it up (vise)
now havea look at the sencer plate to see if the plate is coming all the way back if not loosern the 10 mil bolt on top and adjust the plate so it comes back with out binding in the housing once you have done that tighten 10 mil bolt refit crossbar start and check he also said to and mixture start and have the engine warm to hot maybe 10 min s remove round cap (diaignos) and
check voltage with amultimeter the voltage should should be between 6.9 to 7.2 once you done fixed maybe mine is runs really good and start s real easy now

Did you replace the OVP relay?

If not, did you check the fuse and/or bench test the OVP relay?
