99 SLK door panel removal
1999 SLK230. I would like to get to the back side of the driver's side door panel to try to do some vinyl repair where a seat belt was in the door when it was closed. How do I remove the door panel? I can see that I have to remove the trim around the latch at the rear of the door and I have found the screw under the SRS button near the rear of the door but I am sure there are more. I am guessing there is something under the handle to pull the door shut at the front of the armrest but I cannot see any way to get this apart. After all screws are removed, does you just slide it up and off like some or does it have the pesky little plastic things that push in easily but you can never get them out? Can anyone help?
