Ingersoll-Rand Reactionless Ratchet Experences?

Hi Group,

Any members has any experience with Ingersoll-Rand Model IR-111 3/8 Reactionless Ratchet. I am considering purchasing one to supplement the small 18 ft/lb ratchet I use for running nuts and bolts after loosening.
