Air-fuel adjustment for 1969 280 SEL

Air-fuel adjustment for 1969 280 SEL

Since I don't have a gas meter, what would be the best way to adjust the air-fuel mix on my 1969 280 SEL? Also, is there reliable way of testing the individual injectors?
