1984 380SL A/C fan switch not staying on

Hi everyone, I have a question about my A/C fan switch on the right of the control unit, the upper button for high speed is not staying ingaged. It will sometimes and then not others.

Is there anyway to fix this? Can I buy just the switch? Do I have to buy the whole control unit?
