how easy to change a Mass Airflow Meter/Sensor
on a C280
shop wants $494 dollars for one and I can get one on here for 267.41. On my other car it is a 5 minute job. How about a 1996 C280? any special tools? thanks. |

The C280 just has a M104 engine - should take no more than 5 minutes to change.

thanks
that's what i figured but will the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT eventually reset itself?
B3130-51365 - this is the part I found on this site. But it also refers to B3132-97783 - a Mass Air Meter Boot - do I need this as well? shop wants .5 hr labor = $42 I have done it on my Land Rover and its very easy - just wanted to make sure. Thanks.
