ACC control unit recall

1985 300TDT - There was a "campaign" for replacement of trap oxidizer (ALLDATA report) - Dealer replaced this as well as turbo. Great! - Now I see a campaign for the ACC control unit? Anybody know what this means? Will they replace this?

Maybe someone understands how the "campaign" works. (See Alldata website) Again, I had trap oxidizer replaced while there was a "campaign" for this item. I realize there is a long list of "general recall" items, that the dealer probably is not responsible for, but does anyone know? Thanks in advance.
