Seat Belt buckle removal?

The car : 2003 CL-500 (w215)

Hello all, This is my First post here so I'll try and make it sweet. My SRS Light is coming on and STAYING ON. Took it to the dealer and they declined the warranty repair on it (aftermarket Warranty with Wheelz FTL!). I was told by the SA that it was the passenger side seat belt buckle and it needed replacing. Estimate on the replacement was like 600 dollars! So I Found out the cost of the part(85.00) and almost chocked at his estimate lol.

Now I'm Looking to either A- Fix it my self or B- yell and scream till I get some MB Head office to repair my faulty Restraint system. I'll go with A for now. Anyone know how or WHAT I need to do to replace it. Just remove the seat and take the old buckle off, and put the new one on? Is there something I might of had missed, For example, Cleaning the connections. I read elsewhere that it may be a loose or dirty connection that needs cleaning. Highly doubtful thou.

Thanks for reading.

ALi
