I took my car to have the AC checked and since I dropped it off the shop has not been able to start it. They have checked the ignition switch and neutral safety switch which both seem to be ok...

Rumor has it that it could be a problem of low voltage at the starter solenoid caused by a defective AC/Starter relay...anyone have any experience with this issue and resolution?
