Firstly I would determine if the problem you have is indeed caused by a lack of fuel. Easy check is to rev engine to where it is struggling and spray something flamable (carb cleaner, ect) into the intake. Don't do this looking right down the airhorn just in case you get a lean backfire. If it picks up noticably then you have confirmed your problem is related to a lack of fuel and can be pinpointed from there. If adding fuel doesn't help then you need to start looking elsewhere.
PS: This isn't a big deal if you use a bit of common sense but do be careful as I assume no responsibility if you burn down your house, car, or dog. ![]() |

Tell me this, does the harness plug for your EHA still have its plastic housing and / or has it been recently replaced?
Sounds like one I fixed where somebody had inadvertantly switched the wires on the EHA b/c the plastic "pin bushing housing" was missing. This caused the EHA to pull fuel out when revved instead of adding fuel. Lambda works in reverse and the problem compounds on itself. Assuming you have good parts that could explain it's behavior. Try switching the wires on the EHA and see what happens. |

Does the fuel distributor air flap move down when you rev the engine? If not, find the vacuum leak (a big one) and fix it. Idle control valve hoses, boot between air flow horn and throttle body, brake booster and line.

yes the air flap moves when you give it gas and it will rev if you spray into it but it now has gotten where it will bearley idle.
