92 500E Lack of Power
 

My 92 500E has loads of power on the highway,but intermittently bucks under heavy loads and when i try to stump it off line it falls on its face,whatever part you can think of is new.If somebody knows somthing please let me know.:confused:

Have you checked the basics? LIKE compression, ignition system including cap, rotors & wires?

I am a mercedes benz technician and own a mercedes benz specialized shop.Any part ,you can imagine has been put in this car and every test you can think of is done and as i said when it is running normally it runs very strong,the problem is only from dead stop.I noticed yesterday,when i stopm on it from dead stop,it does not downshift to first,but if i am driving 4 miles an hour and do it it runs perfect,i have adjsted the bowden cable.what else do you think is wrong with trans?
