Good shop / Indy in Dallas

I'm looking for a good shop or indy in Dallas. A shop a have gone to before, Stuttgart Motors, says that if I suplly the parts, he won't warranty the work.

Not that I care much about that, but then I wonder if he then bumps the labor to make up for lost parts profit. I understand a lot about my car and like to stay involved in the work on it, I just can't do the work anymore like I used to, so I need a good guy with 2 good arms .

Is that pretty much how the "Indy" concept works? Or are they (you guys) generally upset if we buy our OEM parts online? Thanks for the honest opinions I've always gotten off this board & your collective expertise.
