82 mb 380sec idile speed up and down!,help

i have 1982 mb 380sec
and i start the car and it idles the rpm and oil presure gauges up and down!,,
the rpm goes from 500 to 650-700 and the oil presure gauge is going up and down from 3 to 4...
any idea why,,,
and also the air breather under the big air filter,,the big aluminium holl the little round thing is going up un down also!....

any help will apreciate
