intermittent windshield wipers

Is there any way to adjust the frequency of the intermittent wind shield wipers. Mine are very slow to provide a new swipe to the point that the windshield is practically solid with rain water before the next wipe occurs. This is a 2002 CL 500. Thank you, raycoo.

This has been discussed many times,,, do a search. I don't think it is possible, if money is a consideration.

Perhaps a new sensor would help.

My '98 doesn't have it, very strange IMHO. Maybe a patent issue or something. So I have become the intermittent actuator.
