1987 Gas benz for sale really cheap but overheats known issues?
They'res a 1987 gas engine benz for sale really cheap only hitch is they say it is overheating. I'm figuring it's one the smaller engines in the make they didnt really know anything about it. Are these known to have head issues?

argus445, overheating could be the result of something as simple as a stuck thermostat, or something much worse. If you're considering purchasing this car have a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) done by a MB-trained tech who is thoroughly familiar with that vintage MB automobile. That way you will know what's causing the overheating and what it will cost to make things right. A neglected MB automobile may be a money pit.
