94 E320 pin 14 has Code 5, Code 11
94 E320 16-pole diagnostic center, pin 14 has Code 5, Code 11
I made Arthur daltons codde reader, and from Pin 14, i read 5, then after pressing switch again, got Code 11. The threads do not give an answer to results of Code 11 fixes. Any help on this one?

Check throttle cable adjustment for 1/4 " slack at idle position...........and lube the cable.
