is 190K miles too much for an M112?

I found an appealing 98 E320 with records and a recent tranny rebuild. Is this car worth $2-3000 or does 190K miles mean too much risk in an M112? Assume no issues with the car.

Thanks,
Sixto

Just like any high mileage engine, depends on oil change frequency.

Have seen several ML's & C280's with over 400K & never been apart!

Somewhat a simple engine.
