transmission hard/delayed shift... not because of MAF

1998 S320 94kmi. Noticed delayed then hard shift when accelerating, usually above 3,000 rpm. NO codes. Saw that some people claim its the MAF, but I checked it accordingly to what my scanner told me to do:

KOEO (spec: .98-1.03v)... was 1.02v OK
Idle (spec: 1.32-1.48v)...was 1.36v OK
@2500 (spec: 2-2.2v)... was 2.16v OK

And the thermistor seemed to be doing its job changing resistance as temp went up. I payed attention to the output on the graph on my scanner and i saw no kind of glitches. So I think the MAF is OK?

I do however have that leak on the transmission connector "conductor plate" that everyone says could be causing the modulator to be bad. Before i try and replace this, can anyone tell me how I can make sure this is causing my problem?
