Can Anyone Identify These Seats?

I have a 450sl I am re-working. These seats are not the original but were in the car. I am pretty sure they are Mercedes seats. They have vacuum seat back locks and only one post for the headrest. I want to recover them but I need to know what they are from first. Thanks
