1991 190E 2.3 Ignition housing replacement hints?

Hi all.. I tried to search forum for info... I have to replace this ignition housing.... and obvioulsly havent done this car before. Do I need special tools besides the poke tools to reinstall key cylinder after I replace the housing? Appears dash needs to be removed.... what about steering wheel?
