W124 - Hesitating Mono-Wiper Repair

I want to do this lubrication task but on my W124 I do not have the tabs mentioned for the 202. Has anyone had their W124 cover off and can tell me the procedure? I assume it will slide or pop off some how but w/o those tabs I don't want to force something and break it.

Thanks!

That's a good article. But it still does not cover removing the cover so that this mechanism is exposed.
