Rust on the rotors, or worn pads. Take off the wheels and inspect them!

There is no rust, what parts would be worn?

Did you check both sides of the rotors? Sometimes a caliper piston can lock up and then one side of the rotor rusts....I just had this happen.

I agree, if there was no goop put behind the pads, then they may squeak.

When the pads where replaced did you put shims or brake goop on the pads?

Brake goop is something (paste or spray) that you put on the BACK side of the pads to prevent squeaking.

No grease or oils This is sort of a plastic coating that dries and keeps the pads from vibrating, which is your squeal.

On my W220 I remove the cap and cover the brake reservoir and compress the pistons with a large flat head screwdriver.

No need to goop the back of the pads..

I'd use Textar pads and you are suppose to clean the travel area where the pad rests. Use a small brass parts cleaning brush. Then, apply a small amount of MB brake grease to the metal part of the pad(side contact point). If the piston moves freely, then you are good to go. While I use MB grease as I have it- it looks to me like an anti-seizing compound.

I've never used the anti-squeak either, I just glob some anti-seize on the back of the pads....have never had much squeaking issues so far.
