My 1989 124 TE 300 4Matic has a worn engine, I have a similar engine from a normal auto 300TE ,same year, I am looking to change the engine does anyone know if it is a straighforward exchange or am I looking at major problems if I go ahead ,and any tips or comments as to other items that would have to be looked at?
