How do you take the Front Door Panel off 1999 ML320?

My ML320, drivers side front window, pitches forwards when I lower it. I need to get into the side panel without destroying it and needed to know if anybody would know how to get in there? I would guess that it still is attached to the raising and lowerer mechanism towards that back of the door but not the front.
