Fuel Filter bolt o-rings?
The o-rings on my fuel filter bolt are worn out and leak. I have an 85 300SD turbo. The part numbers I have for them are 000 997 00 48 and 003 997 58 48( are these the correct part numbers?), the first one (the larger of the two) I can find and order online with no problem. the second one that keeps the raw fuel from crossing over into the filtered fuel I can't find a source for. does any one have a source for this smaller o-ring or a substitute part that I could get from a local parts house?

Take the both off and to a local hydraulic hose shop. They have LOTS of o-rings - get Viton o-rings. If they don't have the exact size, buy a couple too small and too large. O-rings aren't critical in size, they don't have to be a perfect match, just pretty close.

Those are the correct part numbers.
There are several different bolt configurations depending on the year. Get two of each o-ring and you will have all possible configurations covered.

Thanks for the advice
 Thanks for the advice, went to Harbor Freight and bought a complete set of metric viton o-rings (12.99 + tax for 180 various sizes) found the exact sizes needed and am currently leak free with plenty of extras.
