Replacing interior light bulbs in 1996 E320.....

Replacing interior light bulbs in 1996 E320.....

I have a 1996 E320 and the light bulb for the dial for all 3 air vents has burned out and also the light around the headlight switch has burned out as well.

How do I take apart the dashboard to replaced these interior light bulbs?
