c220 electrical problems

Guys I would appreciate any help or direction,I am new to this forum & MB!
I have 1995 c220,My right front parking light(corner light)wont work,no power&dash light doesnt recogonize it as not working,I have changed bulb &fuses.Any suggestions?

check that you have a clean connection in the socket and that you are getting power there with a test light???

I have a clean connection & checked with a test light,no power to the socket. What would you guys suggest next?

My only advice is verify the ground connection is good. I assume one of the 2 connections to the lamp is ground. You can test it two ways that I can think of. You can test for continuity from the ground connection to a known good ground (chassis/body). Or you can put one lead of your test light on the positive contact and the other lead on a known good ground.

Used test light all grounds checked out ok!I even checked the wire farther back, still no power.Any other sugestions?
