W126 Must have spare part
Hi there....
For all you W126 owners who have not yet replaced your gas pedal, I highly recommend buying one as a spare. They're made of plastic, and the part that connects to the throttle linkage is designed to flex like a hinge. Trouble is it fatigues and breaks, and at the worst possible moment, of course.
