w210 oem xenon headlight conversion

can a '99 oem xenons headlights be wired to work with '99 w210 but with halogens

who can do the work and what kind of wiring would it be

it just my oem halogens are busted and i can get a good deal(i allready have one right side oem xenon) on nice xenons and would rather go with that rather paying same and getting halogens
